MUFA was formed in 1993 by Doug Greygon, Julia North, Kathy Haig, John Huggett, Matt McCord, Sam and Sarah Sackett, Jim Stearns, Peter Burkholder, and Brad Wendt in preperation for the 1993 World Ultimate Club Championships.
