The Real Ice Bowl held in Milwaukee each winter has longevity on its side when compared to the Green Bay Packers Ice Bowl played in 1967. THE REAL ICE BOWL started in 1996 when Dretzka park was installed in Milwaukee's North side. Each year players take whatever Mother Nature throws at them with their doubles partners. The name has changed a few times over the years, so you may have heard about simply The Ice Bowl, the Big Chill, or more recently the Big Freeze. Flickr Photos
